Frequently Asked Questions

Dried flowers can last years if cared for properly. Typically they will lose some colour after 6-12months but here’s what you can do to keep them at their best:

Do not hang in direct sunlight as this will cause fading and make the flowers brittle.

Hang somewhere dry, as humidity causes flowers to go limp.

Dried flowers are quite delicate so avoid damage by hanging somewhere away from curious little hands and where it won’t get brushed past regularly.

If flowers get dusty try blowing the arrangement with a hairdryer on the cool and low.

As all things are made to order uniquely for you, there is a lead time associated with each product. Please read the lead time before ordering and by placing an order and making payment you are agreeing to this lead time. Lead times are as follows:

Personalised Name Wreath 8-10 weeks
Dried Flower Hoop Wreath 2-4 weeks
Dried Flower Bouquet and Miniature Dried Flower Posie 2-3 days

Lead times do not include shipping transit times.

Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received.

It is just me and my family behind this business making and packing everything by hand between us whilst working around a baby and a toddler. We try to be as transparent as possible about our processes and how long things take and trust that the wait will be worth it! Please be understanding and bear this in mind when ordering. Thank you!

All dried products can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated based on size of product being purchased and delivery destination.

No two wreaths or arrangements are ever the same, and colours/flowers are subject to availability. However, if you have a colour palette in mind or a specific flower you would like used, please mention it in the notes section on your order and we will endeavour to meet your request.

Please get in contact with us. We will do a mock up of the file to see if it will fit without any design compromise otherwise we may need to make a bigger wreath to fit your name which will be charged at a custom price.

Anyway you like really... The wreaths are really light weight so they don’t need much support; a small clear 3M hook or small gold picture hanging nail will do the trick! Or you could get one of those “over the door” hooks and tie a ribbon of your choice and hang it that way.
